These Terms of Service apply to this website (georgiablinds.com), online booking, and calls, texts and emails with Georgia Blinds ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website, booking a visit or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use this website.

These terms don't replace the written quote or agreement you sign for any order. If they conflict, your signed agreement controls for that order.

About This Website

This website provides general information about our products and services. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a promise to perform work at any particular price or time.

Design Visits

Our in-home design visit is no-charge, with no obligation to buy.

Online bookings are requests. We may confirm, reschedule or decline any request at our discretion.

Please let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel.

An adult with authority to make decisions about the home should be present for the visit.

Quotes and Orders

Quotes are in writing and based on our measurements, the products and options you choose, and installation.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless your written quote says otherwise. Manufacturer price changes may affect quotes after that.

Window coverings are custom made to your measurements. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, it generally can't be cancelled or returned. Deposits, payment terms and cancellation terms are listed on your signed agreement.

Lead times are estimates from our manufacturers and can change.

Your Responsibilities

Give accurate contact and property information.

Have the property owner's authority to request a visit or work.

Provide safe access to the windows and work area, and keep the area clear.

Tell us about anything that could affect mounting or safety, such as alarm sensors, uneven framing, recent painting or known hazards.

Installation

Our installation team installs what we sell. We may also use qualified installation partners at our discretion.

Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Any installation warranty we provide is described in your signed agreement, and no other warranty is given. Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, pets, accidents, alterations by others or normal wear.

Text Message Terms (SMS)

Program: Georgia Blinds appointment, order and service messages. If you separately agree, we may also send occasional offers.

Consent: by providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from Georgia Blinds, including automated texts. Consent isn't a condition of purchase.

Frequency: message frequency varies.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Help: reply HELP for help.

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls

Calls may be answered by an automated virtual assistant and may be recorded and transcribed.
